Head north, use the Secret Potion on the Psyduck and Cynthia will show up and give you the Old Charm to give to her grandmother in Celestic Town. Now that you have Fly, it should be easy to get back to Solaceon Town. You'll receive the Secret Potion as a remedy for the Psyduck on Route 210 before both her and your rival head to Lake Valor to investigate.
